About Me
I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist with experience in a wide range of issues, involving trauma, relationships, neurodivergence, identity, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+, gender, race, self esteem and confidence to name a few.
I run a private practice at New Road Psychotherapy in Hove and I also work online.
I have always been interested in why humans do what they do. This manifested firstly with a career in advertising and led to life coach training and practice. The more I became involved in personal development, the more psychotherapy began to interest me as a means to deep healing and living a vital life.
I am dedicated to my own personal growth so have been in therapy for many years and continue as a commitment to my work and myself.
I am a partner, mum and daughter with a love of nature and creativity.
