My Approach

Whatever the starting point in therapy, most of us are looking to improve the quality of our life. We want better relationships, to live with more fulfilment, balance, vitality and joy, so this is what I hold for each person I work with.

As a psychotherapist with a masters in Transactional Analysis, alongside other training and experience, I can offer multiple routes to change for those wanting short term work as well as those who prefer to work over a longer period of time.

Starting with what brings you to therapy, we can work to understand and alter thinking and behaviour patterns, explore and work through deeper, more unconscious patterns paying attention to and using what happens between us as a vehicle to change, or use a combination of both. The route we take will be a collaboration between us to find the most effective way to bring about change.
